“I am Dennis Otieno, thirteen years old and the Captain of my Hoops for Kids basketball team in Bongoma, Kenya.  When you are the Captain, there are always responsibilities that you must have.  The other pupils see you as their leader and therefore you have to be well behaved.  We practice every day.  The lesson I have learned during my time in the program is you can play or do anything you wish for if you are ready to learn and given the opportunity.”
